I have my head down due to a deadline later this month, but I plan to help contribute beyond testing/bug fixes in the future :) I'll probably remove the offline plugin if auth problems continue. Also the whole shift refresh needed after deploying a new live SSR build is a problem when pushing to clients who don't expect to need a shift refresh. I will test this with the new build! Refactoring and testing your latest commits tomorrow morning!

Thanks @TheDolo , It looks like auth problems are now closed, but I still a little confused when it comes to OfflinePlugin configuration. It seems like the current config is right, but still, it needs review
