Please include in the user story the named file as a direct link to the file in the repository.
Please write the user story with respect to the specific file concerns.
(Although the file is named in the title, there is too much vagueness in both the story text and the acceptance criteria. )
When there are specific lines of the file referenced, it is useful to provide links directly to those lines of the file in the repository. For example, the lines numbered 113 and 115 appear to be 114 and 116 in the current repository view.
As written, with the various lines identified, this seems like it might not be a single issue common to all of the identified lines.
In particular, there are different issues associated with the different commented-out lines. For example, some of the commented-out lines appear to be attempts to provide specific desired functionality whereas other commented-out lines appear to be artifacts of testing. Thus multiple issues may be more appropriate than one single issue that refers to unrelated parts of the code.
Also, because not all of the commented-out lines of code in that file are explicitly identified in this issue, the maintainer doesn't know whether such omissions are intentional or oversights.
I think this is on the right track, just needs more work before this issue or collection of issues are ready to be worked on.
