I added importing with file dialog to web build in #515!
It just isn't in the online web-build of GodSVG because we're waiting for Godot to release 4.2.2 stable.
Meanwhile you can drag and drop files on the website or use the desktop build.

I just made a more up to date web build: https://kiisu-master.github.io/GodSVG/web-build/index.html.
If you are fine with an unstable experience and some of my random modifications (experiment with smooth scrolling), you can try using it.
