Given what we talked about in meeting, current plan is to plot log means vs cell count as well as the average of the log means both with and without cell count, as well as generating and adding the data for the AF154/Erlotinib condition.

As discussed on Tuesday, I've already created the branch to analyze the closest distance and closest 3 distances, along with files and commits. My next steps are to determine the best distance/combination of distances, take the mean and SE of the log of each set, and to also get these measurements for the mutant panel.
