I think that as we discussed in #147, sklearn does a better job at separating clusters than pom and whenever we have complete data I’d rather use the former. However I guess this would be weird and hard to justify in the paper?

Right. There should be an underlying reason for this—maybe because sklearn is initializing with k-means? If the initialization is problematic, I'd rather just run the fitting multiple times and take the best result.

Ok. I’ll stick to pom only and will look into why there are differences between both methods.
