Yep! I'll create a new notebook to analyze the mutants as soon as we merge the open PR.
I'm free to stop by any day at any time too, I finished all my classes.

@aarmey Is there any way we could download plotly in aretha? I'm trying to make an "interactive" PCA figure that may help identify the proteins in the loadings plot. By annotating the labels with matplotlib it gets very messy very quickly.

By any chance, did you install the JupyterLab version? The plots are not showing which is also very possible that has to do with some error in my code.
