Actually there is an option for that:

flower --address=192.168.4.127 --port=4444

I didn't know about this existing "--address" option because it's not mentioned in the "--help" output. I think that should be added there.
And there's a typo in the modification you made in README.rst : you wrote "--ddress" instead of "--address".

--address option is only in the development version. It is not released to pypi. Thanks for the typo, fixed!
