I couldn't reproduce this. Which version are you using?

It seems it doesn't always happen.
The case where it does is when you restart flower and go to the workers page immediately. The view starts empty but then the workers list grows.
I'm using "3.0.11 (Chiastic Slide)".

I'm having trouble getting any text where the name of the worker should be.
The status fields show "online", but the remaining fields are all blank.
Like before, this is only an issue right after flower starts, not when you do a refresh.

Are you sure your are using the latest flower version (not celery) from master? I saw your described situation before fixing but now it works for me.

I did "pip install git+git://github.com/mher/flower.git" in a fresh virtualenv.
