Hey,

...the moment you realize that it's not the other plugin that is at fault but yours. ;-) It makes sense that CSApprox sees the current highlight groups and doesn't parse the colorscheme itself.

I'd say both plugins have a share in the fault - it's definitely not expected that CSApprox would ever dump out a colorscheme that looks different from your current colors, though I'm still not clear why

CSAHi NONE term=NONE cterm=NONE ctermbg=bg ctermfg=fg gui=NONE guibg=bg guifg=fg

behaves differently than

hi clear NONE

Still more for me to investigate, I think. Anyway, looks like you missed one (autoload/sy.vim line 10) - it was spelled "NONE" instead of "none", so you probably missed it in your grep.

I confirm (a bit late :)) that with the latest version of signify I don't have to patch the generated colorscheme anymore.
