Organize Documentation for Phase 2 turn in

For reference, need:

• "a page for your Alpha containing a brief summary of what functionality exists in the Alpha version, including which use cases are implemented, which extensions to the use cases are supported, and (briefly) how the user can download and/or execute your product to experience and use this functionality."

SDS Stuff

• UML Class diagram
• 2x UML Sequence diagrams (for use cases) (w/ One "pseudo-code description")
• coding standards document

All the SDS documents should be checked in to Github

Jordan and I are going to update the Class Diagrams later today to reflect the changes we made to some of the classes.

I finished updating the Class Diagrams to reflect the classes we actually have implemented so they're ready to ship in the Specifications folder. Visio is way better than violet, on future diagrams I suggest people migrate from Violet.
