Channel 14 is forbidden in the most of the world. Therefore there are no Access Point operates in the channel 14.
Channel 14 is valid only for DSSS and CCK modes (Clause 18 a.k.a. 802.11b) in Japan.
WiFi-autopwner operates in the channels 1-13 by default if the channels is not disabled by Regulatory domains.
I suppose the script never discover any Access Point in the channels 12 and 13 because there are no Access Points are using the channels.

Что касается 12 и 13 канала, то WiFi-autopwner по умолчанию сканирует и атакует точки доступа на этих каналах, если эти каналы не отключены управляющим доменом. Вам никогда не попадаются точки доступа на 12 и 13 каналам скорее всего по той причине, что по умолчанию большинство беспроводных точек доступа настроены не использовать эти каналы.
