Hey @jamiedumont,
the way I'm doing it in my apps is using the params prop of the Gmap components, like:

  height={'600px'}
  lat={coords.lat}
  lng={coords.lng}
  zoom={12}
  params={{key: 'yourKey1234567890'}}
