Allow sorting rom lists by game name instead of rom name

I was able to use "sort" to get roms ordered by the game name using:

sort -t; -k2,3 mame.txt > mame2.txt

I then edited mame2.txt to put the header line that begins with a # at the top, and then replaced mame.txt with mame2.txt. This may not give the best results, since longer names get listed first, so Donkey Kong 3 and Donkey Kong Jr are listed before Donkey Kong, I think because of the parentheticals after the name.

Ignoring keywords like "The" and "Vs." at the beginning of titles would be useful.

Ok this one is fixed now. The words "The " and "Vs. " get ignored too when sorting. Thanks!
