airsimneurips==0.0.14 doesn't work with corresponding AirSim-Linux.tar.gz

I'm running AirSim-Linux 0.1.2 and airsimneurips==0.0.14 without an error. Verify that settings.json in /home/sean/Documents/AirSim looks like this:

If not, you can generate it:

I seem to have gotten it working. I don't think that the settings file is what fixed it though.
