Hey Mattia,
Can you please confirm the following things for me?
- What is the version of the OMSAgent you installed?
- Do you have the whole Automation and Control package (which includes both Change Tracking and Update Assessment) enabled, or is it just Update Assessment? (Could you enable Change Tracking as well, if it is not enabled yet)
- Which version of Ubuntu are you using?
- Do you see other data types sending data (Like Perf).

Hi Mattia,
There is an known issue of Linux updates data not being available in search if Change Tracking solution is not enabled for your workspace. The issue is being fixed, untill then, you would need to enable Change Tracking.

@stasku Is there an ETA on the fix for this issue?
In my opinion, requiring the Change Tracking solutions seems reasonable, and this GitHub issue thread can be closed.
