[Bug]: Page.EvaluateAsync does not return the correct value

How and where do you set the en-GB locale?

This was actually an intended change in order to align with the upstream Playwright Test Runner. Customers were running tests with Playwright for .NET and experienced different results (locale, colorScheme) based on which system they were running them. We apologise for that! I adjusted the release-notes to reflect this behaviour change.

In order to opt-in with the previous behaviour, you can do the following:
