Proposal: Guide on Real World Scenarios for PowerToys

I envision this guide being available in the documentation on GitHub as a .md file. This would make it easily accessible to users browsing the PowerToys repository and looking for practical examples.

If there is a preference for integrating this guide within the repo, I'd be be happy to discuss how that would be implemented. 🙂

Sample usecase for AoT:
Imagin you have a configuration wizard that you can't make being a small window because then the navigation in the app is impossible. And you have a text document with configuration notes/documentation. Then you can make the editor window with the notes small and aot to see it al the time when navigating in the configuration app that is maximized.

I went ahead and included an example use case for AoT, using a more relatable scenario of a project manager coordinating a video conference while taking notes.
