This is already an option of the file explorer context menu?
Just hold the Shift key when right clicking and 'Copy as path' should be there...

Thank you very much for pointing this out. I had no idea this "Copy as path" option existed. Even better is the fact it doesn't require Power Toys installed. It is a default part of Windows 10 apparently.
