Gui applications in wsl2 have misaligned context menus with fancyzones enabled

After a reboot this morning on the laptop, the issue persists even with the feature tag mentioned above disabled. excluding msrdc.exe fixed the problem. The original poster of the bug on wslg, @pkmnsnfrn, has a three monitor system. Speculating this is related to multi-monitor.

I can reproduce this on my work laptop that has 2 gpus (integrated Intel a discrete nvidia geforce 1650, but retrying on my personal box with a 4090 i don't observe this same behavior. There must be something else at play so i'll dig further if i can find a better clue what's the specific condition that's required for this to occur.

on my laptop i have "move newly created windows to their last known zone" enabled, disabling that fixes the issue. enabling it makes it come back. On my desktop this doesn't happen. Unclear if this has something to the laptop having two screens even if they are not active at the same time. I'm somewhat concerned uploading powertoys logs on my work laptop as an attachment here :)
