@photoserg Looks like you have enabled classic vm in the payload. Check and disable if you dont need that. If possible, share the payload.

@balas77 and @regg00, you two are rock stars. I just tried that and it worked. I copied and pasted that code from Microsoft's Deploy Start/stop guide. So I am curious, when would someone use the classic vm (enabled)? Again, thank you for the help.

I had the same issue.
Can confirm that @balas77 is right.
Replacing the "EnableClassic": true to "EnableClassic": false worked.
Here's a complete example:

Thanks @photoserg I think classic VM have been forcefully deallocated for everyone last month, so no one is using that anymore.
