Look at the readme.txt at %XboxOneExtensionSDKLatest%\ExtensionSDKs\Xbox Services API\8.0\SourceDist and it'll tell you exactly which commit was used to build the bits.

A reasonable request.

We could probably add a set_callback_id() here https://github.com/Microsoft/xbox-live-api/blob/master/Include/xsapi/leaderboard.h#L164 and make that ID come back here: https://github.com/Microsoft/xbox-live-api/blob/master/Include/xsapi/stats_manager.h#L141

Is that what your looking for?

Hi Jason,

Thank you, yes that would resolve my issue. I don't know if there are any other calls in the social/statistics/other managers that also might benefit.

Thanks,
Paul

3706881

is the change. You can build & link to source, or wait till our next release. It should be in our 1806 release

Thanks @jasonsandlin, really appreciate it!

Hi @jasonsandlin,

Did you only fix this in the ISO C++ API? We're using the C++ RT API and I can't see any changes in the May XDK. I was hoping we could remove our hacks.

Ah, I didn't add it to the WinRT API. I can do that

Here's the change: #474

It'll go out in 1807 as 1806 is already wrapped up.

Great, thanks again!

Is there a way to tell which Live SDK is bundled with a given XDK? I don't want to accidentally misreport a missing change.

Hi Jason,

In XDK July 18 QFE 5, I see the callback id in leaderboard_query (c++) but still not LeaderboardQuery (RT).

jasonsandlin avatar jasonsandlin commented on August 27, 2024

Right, we haven't shipped this out in QFE yet.

pjcard avatar pjcard commented on August 27, 2024

I'm a bit confused, you've released a lot of XDKs since 19/06/18, shouldn't it have been in one? Seems like it might be a bit late now...

jasonsandlin avatar jasonsandlin commented on August 27, 2024

We haven't jumped on any of the QFE trains in a while since there haven't been many changes to the XDK flavor. We can queue this up for the next QFE if you need it there

Yes please, that'd be great.
