这个问题其实跟 sdk 本身无关，以下我的回复只是建议，请自行甄别。
1，你使用的是个数据存储接口，使用逻辑跟本身业务相关，time 字段使用哪个需自行判断。从产品的角度，应该是数据产生的时间，因为用户不关心什么上传的，只关心数据什么时候生成的。
2，time_start，time_end 使用的都是 Unix 时间戳，精确到秒。根据自身业务填入起止时间和终止时间。自己了解下 Unix 时间戳的获取、计算方法，应该没有你描述的问题。
