Encode values before calling treetop parser

Concerning the to be used charset. Im getting strings in utf-8 from my db and set the mails charset to utf-8
m.charset = 'UTF-8'
This message specific setting could be used by all related elements of the mail (subject, addresses, filenames).

I like the ascii_only? string extension but im not sure if the usage can lead to problems. Say im sending an attachment, encode the filename but in the header the charset for the attachment would still be 'US-ASCII'. Not sure if this is related to the files content or just the text-content of the message part.

I do want to encode the values before parsing. It will be a later release.
