I am not able to reproduce this problem, but I am not terribly versed in right-to-left languages. I just added dir="rtl" to my html tag and it rendered from the right to the left just fine.

Could it be one of your stylesheets isn't being rendered, or a difference of rendering with webkit engines (like wkhtmltopdf, safari, & chrome) instead of Internet Explorer or Firefox?

Can you provide any more info that could help me out? Likely any trouble is going to be due to wkhtmltopdf, but I'd like to know anyway.

yes sir . The problem is due to wkhtmltopdf. I checked it. I created an rtl html page and converted it to pdf with wkhtmltopdf directly from terminal. The problem still exists. So problem should be due to wkhtmltopdf. But I want it to be solved any way. Can you help me in solving this?

Wicked_pdf is a thin wrapper on top of the command line interface for wkthmltopdf. I don't have any control over the wkhtmltopdf project. I suggest you lodge a ticket or start a thread on their mailing list with much more detail than you have provided here.
