Tested it with a Firefox OS 2.0 device (width 320 x height 480) without the mentioned modifications. Can't reproduce the issue here. Maybe only the Simulator is affected cause the width and height of the Simulator is reported as the width and height of my desktop screen and not the size of the Simulator window.
