Hello, I have the same problem, I use realsense T265

I don't know how to upload launch file in Github, so I give a zip

@sunrentao It looks like you are trying to use the RealSenseIR parameters. These parameters are taken from a calibration of a RealSense d435i, and so will probably not fit your T265. We'll be releasing a more in-depth look at how to transfer calibration parameters from a Kalibr imu camchain file to Kimera's param format. Watch this issue for more details.

As far as the QueueSynchronizer issue goes, I have some suspicions as to what is going on. I'm going to make a fresh issue addressing them.
