[BUG] Don't Rely on bodyParser.json() Being Uncalled

The only drawback to implementing this is making sure the body has been parsed correctly. If the req._body flag has been set, the body can be one of four types:

• Buffer
• URL Encoded String
• Text String
• JSON Object

If it is anything aside from a JSON Object, it must be ensured that the body is in the correct format for the rest of the route handler to work correctly. The conversion should be made in this middleware as well.
