thank you very much for your interest in fmriflows and submitting this issue.

This looks like a memory related error. Could you provide further details wrt your system and settings (container version, docker version, docker settings, workflow specifications, etc.)?
Without knowing more, I would suggest to increase the amount of memory docker can use to at least 8 GB.

As you mentioned you're doing rsfMRI analysis: you should checkout CPAC. It's a BIDSapp for resting state analysis and includes a vast amount of extensive processing workflows covering everything from preprocessing to graph analysis, all implemented using nipype.

Thank you for the quick reply. It was indeed an issue with memory allocation, I didn't realize that my docker was capped at 2048MB RAM. I increased it to 8GB and the workflow completed nicely.

Thank you as well for your recommendation to try CPAC. I will look into that as well.

It's great that you're using fmriflows. We're trying to finalize the software in the next few weeks to get the first official release out. So if you have any good inputs or recommendations, we're happy to hear how we can improve it for you!

@PeerHerholz, already pointed you to some nice toolboxes. But if you haven't yet, also check out fmriprep.
