Hey, you are most welcome. This error appears to happen with some users and not others. I am still investigating the issue but in the meantime, you can try to upgrade to the latest version of bcrypt, perhaps that may help. Cheers.

I think this issue has to do with is linked to caching somehow. After I do clear cache (see photo) then log in, it always seems to work.
[update: getting mixed results with this so may not be linked]
