自己搞定了。
先安装官方版FBReader（记得得先卸载划词版），设置好字体等格式，然后备份/data/data/org.geometerplus.zlibrary.ui.android/databases目录里的config.db和config.db-journal
卸载官方版FBReader，再安装划词版，将刚才备份的两个文件覆盖到上述目录。
再打开划词版就会发现格式都设置好了。完美。
现在就剩一个问题就是文档里说1.1版新增回链功能会有一个“jump to source”链接，但是我制作的卡片没有这个链接，笔记一栏里只有from xxx x%，不知道为啥。
