量子编译是将高层次的量子算法或任意酉操作分解为由特定量子门集合构成的量子线路的过程。中性原子量子计算平台是一种具有高度可控性和可扩展性的量子计算实现方式，但是其量子编译方法尚不成熟。本文提出了一种基于矩阵分解的量子编译算法，该算法能够有效地将任意酉操作分解为适合中性原子平台的量子门序列，并保证生成的量子线路可以直接在平台上运行。
