Blackouts do not work as expected sometimes

This is now fixed and pushed as version 3.2

Is this only present when it's the first effect in the beatmap, or does it occur anywhere in the buildup?

Hm, for some reason it happens even without a blackout command; but it resets after any effect other than blackout. E. g.

....+...o.+.
^            here happens that weird background effect
    ^        this works like O
        ^    this removes the weird effect
          ^  this blackout does work as usual

Also, in the following setup:

Buildup
..+.+.+.....

Rhythm
................................
(something something)

after a a few beats of the loop (this seems rather random), a regular blackout happens and everything works as expected after that.
