Hello Steven,
I fixed this issue today. The dereference operator is not supported in C# so it's ignored. About renaming, there's some logic for that but wrappers are not generated, not just for this operator but for other unsupported ones too. We're going to look into this issue further but in the mean time there will be no more incompilable code.
