How to build 64 bit native libraries with GCC 4.9 and NDK 10

I don't use Eclipse to build my native libraries.

I build via the terminal in Linux. The primary reason for this is that it's much easier to build ffmpeg and libopus from Linux via the NDK toolchain using the standard ./configure script. I've got some helper scripts build_android.sh in ffmpeg and libopus that produce the static libs that nv_avc_dec and nv_opus_dec depend on.

If you don't need to change ffmpeg or libopus, you should just be able to:
export NDK="/some/dir/ndk"
cd limelight
$NDK/ndk-build
