After cloning the repo, I run yarn install and yarn start. The build succeeds but localhost:5000 just returns a blank page. There is an error caused by react-hot-loader

Yes, it is what I see in the console. it's fine, you may look into the React-Hot-Loader issue first, in the meantime, I have excluded the <AppContainer> wrapper so that I can proceed with fixing the column link issue

We haven't been using it for a while, no. The changeset viewer part is not as useful now as we upload coverage to Phabricator. The file viewer part would be useful, but it's not complete.

It seems that the backend for this frontend is going to be written again, thus, it makes not much sense to work on this frontend.

@matthewacha unfortunately the backend is still at the design phase, but soon there will be good-first-issues. I will make sure they are filed in codetribute too!
