  1. Sync user info in the small sync step
    1.1 Update users
    1.2 Add new users
    1.3 Set removed users to DELETED state
  2. Save incoming events to database
    2.1 Get incoming event
    2.2 Map JSON event to proper c# object
    2.3 Save object to proper database table
