你说的打包发布的问题指的是发组件npm包还是发组件库文档？我理解你的问题应该是组件库文档。如果是文档项目的话，不用想得这么复杂。我现在处理就是直接把每个组件demo打包到 vitepress 的 dist 里。
你看 docs:build 的命令，其实就是将每个组件库的 组件demo 打包到 vitepress 里，在每个组件库里的 vite.config 里面有针对 mode 为 docs 的配置处理，将打包后的产物输出目录放到 vitepress 下。如果感兴趣，你可以拉到本地自己跑一下 docs:build。
