In the course of testing the CPAN River 3000 this week against perl-5.31.8, I got the same test failure reported by Slaven in t/12.Report.Store.SQL.t
:
t/11.Report.Store.t .......................... ok
DBI connect('database=dmarc_report;port=5432','postgres',...) failed: could not connect to server: No such file or directory
Is the server running locally and accepting
connections on Unix domain socket "/tmp/.s.PGSQL.5432"? at lib/Mail/DMARC/Report/Store/SQL.pm line 548.

# Tests were run but no plan was declared and done_testing() was not seen.
# Looks like your test exited with 255 just after 3.
t/12.Report.Store.SQL.t ......................
Dubious, test returned 255 (wstat 65280, 0xff00)
All 3 subtests passed
t/13.Report.Aggregate.t ...................... ok
In the previous month version 1.20191004 was used and got PASS; this month: 1.20200116.
Thank you very much.
