@danjenkins: The latest version have support for that. So, if you are using custom security schemes, now you will be able to see it listed under security _scheme section_.
securitySchemes:
- custom_scheme_1:
type: x-custom
describedBy:
headers:
auth:
queryParameters:
access_token:
- The console will render:
from api-console.
This is great!
Could the content of the description
field be shown as well?
from api-console.
@ddossot: Currently, once you've selected a custom scheme, the console will add the headers and query-parameters of such scheme into the documentation.
But, this behaviour can change, since, we're working on a better way of showing security-scheme documentation.

Cool, having the description
of the securityScheme shown as well would be a nice icing on the cake 😉

@ddossot: In the latest version, now you can find the full security scheme documentation.

Great stuff!
from api-console.
This isn't working for me. If I choose "Anonymous" as the authentication scheme, I get this error:
"Custom Security Schemes are not supported in Try It "
from api-console.
I am getting the same error on Anonymous:
"Custom Security Schemes are not supported in Try It "
from api-console.
@jcenturion this does not seem to work for Anonymous
from api-console.
I upgraded the library to version 3.0.11 and still that message is shown: "Custom Security Schemes are not supported in Try It". Apart of that, the functionality of x-custom is working properly.
