My app have use CMHTMLView to display HTML content. After released to App Store, I received a lot of feedback about crash. All of crash is CMHTMView lead to.

It's really sad. I have some fixes for this code. I'll upload updates to Github soon.

Bad news.
I'v got a lot of crashes with JavaScriptCore and WebCore classes. It's WebKit private classes and right now I hav no idea whats going wrong.

I am still working on it in my own app.

How can these crashes be reproduced?

The only problem I have is Youtube videos - they go all the way up to 30 MB, AudioToolbox leak memory, and when they disappear, the CMHTMLView also disappears leaving white screen. There is no other problem with the lib for me. Also sometimes loading large html is slow (i'm talking about the gap when the html loaded, and sended to htmlView and htmlView displaying itself)

You can deprecated youtube videos. But you can't change video playback in UIWebView.

And don't now how to reproduce WebKit issues.

Don't you work directly with your beta testers?
And what do they test? Webby, or something else? Which iOS produces problems?
Because for 3 months with CMHTMLView, I'm not having crashes like that. There may be a problem with the testing app.
And in loading will be better I think to remove all JS from html string.
