The version number list:
pandas V1.1.5
seaborn V0.9.0
matplotlib V3.0.0

Those are very old versions (seaborn v0.9.0 was released in July 2018). I'm going to close as this isn't reproducible on a more modern version. Happy to reopen if someone can demonstrate otherwise..
