I found why it failed. I installed the SpiderKeeper which installed the Flask-0.12.1. But the Scrapydweb required the Flask-1.0.2. The web UI worked after I re-installed the Scrapydweb.

Is there any other process using the port 5000? Try scrapydweb -p 5001 -ss 127.0.0.1:6800 and visit http://127.0.0.1:5001
