New alert type: subscribed threads

Been meaning to do this and wanted to get it into 1.04 but was conscious I hadn't made a release in a while. Will definitely be in 1.05 :)

Glad to hear this from you. Just a question though: I'm a bit curious on how the subscription system actually works, I've just had a quick look into MyBB's structure but I didn't find anything related to subscriptions and the code that generates the mail notifications.

Simply put, it's an absolute mess. It's spread all over newreply.php IIRC.
Could really do with rewriting in 1.8.

Well I had a look at newreply.php but I still can't find the piece of code that handles it. Can you be more specific? Thank you.

Found it in datahandlers/post.php in insert_post() function. It shouldn't be too difficult having a brief look at it :)
