I think torrent file that you used is broken or invalid. Is it valid torrent file?

I believe it is valid as it accepted by my transmission seedbox

Maybe because of torcache.net site's robot detection, when I requested without user-agent I get 403 Forbidden. So I added simple user-agent and it worked. Can you check this solution works well with you?
