Do something about postcodes that straddle boundaries

A nice idea here might be that if you look up a postcode that straddles boundaries, put up a map of the postcode, showing an overlay of the constituency boundaries, and ask the user to click on where their house is (emphasizing that we won't store this information, just use it to pick the right constituency).
