  1. September 28, Proving Ground Idea Evaluation

  2. October 1, Deadline for registration

  3. October 23, Deadline for submission

  4. October 24 - November 1, First round of judging

  5. November 2 - November 9, Second round of judging

  6. November 11, Information session for finalists (required)

  7. November 16, Dress rehearsal (required)

  8. November 17, Finalists pitch competition and awards ceremony
