Use linter/auto-formatter for python files

We can defiantly talk about these. I have Linting and Auto-Formatting so integrated into my Vim I don't think about it any more. I do like flake8 and I have not played with yapf enough to care but we should definitely implement common code standard.

Sounds good. Yea I noticed I had a lot of warning and errors as soon as I opened the file in Vim. I agree, I don't care which linters and auto-formatters we use but let's define a config file in the repo.

We should also tie them to pre-commit git hooks.

For sure regarding the the pre-commit hooks. I wrote most of this at work in Notepad++ so I am sure there is lots of mistakes plus my server at home has not been fully configured to work properly (missing some vim installs) so I am sure it is not looking at my python code correctly (I dont even remember any errors logs showing up when I opened it at home).

We can set this up and I will fix my new server.
