Add button does not appear on parts with EditableChildren

i have checked this further in the framework, as i am not expert in that i would therefor hope somebody out there could have a look the "ItemEditorList.cs".

when you create "CreateChildControls()" the ZoneName is empty for the "Selection List" above and i dont understand why, could somebody please have a look at this.

All of this happens when you click "Selection List" and "Add" text appears but no LinkButton is added!

Yeah, I'm not really sure why this is happening. Maybe @libardo could take a look at it?

I've run into this too in the past. As you already figured out somehow, it is related to the fact that the data is not stored at the moment that the relevant information is requested. After storing, this problem is "solved". I remember there was no way around without patching N2, which I never gotten to :/

I am aware of that GrimaceOfDespair, if you have a page with no nested children that would be fine, but if you have nested children within your children items, every single time you create a page you have to save and then edit, add new child save that , edit the page again, and add a child to the previous child and save to edit that child etc... I think you got my point :)

@rafiq7 can you check if this is resolved and reopen if not? I think it may have been fixed by 8711082 and some other recent commits. I'm not seeing this issue anymore myself.

I came across something similar as this on version 2.9.6.2.
When I try to add a part with editable children, when clicking to add a child there is exception shown and it fails.
If i add empty part i can save it and if i try to add children after it is created the exception is not shown and everything works fine.
