I am not receiving the following error and after transferring 75 XRP to Exarpy it now says

Available balance:
19.999964 XRP (first appears as 34.999964 XRP)

Total wallet balance of 54.999964 XRP, but 35 XRP is currently reserved by Ripple to keep this wallet activated.

You can release the reserve balance for channels in anytime

also it's look like you can't reach to the letsencrypt.org domain from your host , that's why you seen this error
