Hey @rajubish,
This doesn't sound like a bug and is more than likely a configuration issue based on it working in other pods but failing in one which would be better suited for our community support forum.
Before we go down that route though if you are running in queue mode have you made sure all of your workers are on the same version as the app server and that they have started up correctly?
It may also be worth an upgrade as you are on an older release and I would also check what the log files say to see if they show any issues.
